WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
  • Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, and sales enablement documents
  • Manage and monitor lead generation activities, including campaign tracking and analytics
  • Oversee and analyze market trends, competitor developments, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other stakeholders
  • Measure campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive data-driven recommendations.
  • Grow and strengthen our presence across all key channels

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including content creation, campaign planning, and sales support
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in content marketing, campaign management, and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing
  • Experience in organizing and executing marketing activities
  • Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Language skills: Fluent Czech and English (written & spoken)
  • A proactive, creative, and analytical mindset
