Marketing Manager Industrial Coating Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Industrial coating business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth in the Commercial Vehicle and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the industrial coating market.
   • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
   • Set marketing objectives and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
   • Working closely with the respective teams for both companies and develop strategies suitable to both the businesses.
2. Product Marketing:
   • Collaborate with product teams to position and promote industrial coatings effectively.
   • Manage product launches, ensuring all promotional materials align with the target audience's needs.
   • Conduct training sessions for sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
3. Digital Marketing & Branding:
   • Drive brand awareness through digital channels, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
   • Manage the company's website and optimize it for lead generation.
   • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
   • Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys products.
   • Conduct customer surveys and feedback sessions to refine marketing strategies.
5. Budgeting & Reporting:
   • Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
   • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
   • Present regular updates to senior management on marketing initiatives and results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of industrial coatings, applications, and target markets.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
