PRIMARY DUTIES:
Project Management and Marketing Support for New Product Developments (NPIs):
• Lead voice of market/customer in early stages.
• Lead value proposition definition and product positioning plan.
• Coordinate approvals or third-party lab certifications or testing and initial orders/sample orders.
• Coordinate product launch plan with key stakeholders and oversee execution.
• Manage multiple large-scale or cross-functional projects within budget.

Content Creation and Events:
• Work with the marcom team to develop sales tools (presentations, videos, newsletters, blogs, social media, and sell sheets).
• Lead event coordination within budget and segment leader alignment.
• Identify, secure, and execute opportunities to showcase experts in the market (e.g., speaking engagements, training videos for strategic customers), and contribute to creating content that positions experts as thought leaders.
• Drive innovation, seek diverse perspectives, and champion process improvements.

Product Line Management and Pricing:
• Ensure accurate pricing segmentation in FLIP in collaboration with marketing and sales leaders.
• Serve as the point person for knowledge on product line promotion, maintenance, and phase-outs, executing discontinuation plans with stakeholders.
