The Group Content and Publishing Chapter, within Marketing and Corporate Affairs, creates content that strengthens reputation, brandconsiderationand customer engagement.
At the heart of this is the Brighter content ecosystem, helping build financial empowerment through content across Brighter magazine, digital editorial, video, organic social and owned channels
This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover, with a focus on delivering andoptimisingBrighter magazine and digital content, and related campaigns.
Do work that matters
In this role,you’llhelp plan, produce and optimise Brighter magazine and digital content, connecting customer insights and business priorities with engaging editorial experiences.
You’llwork across the content lifecycle-developing briefs and stories, writing and editing, managing production and approvals, publishing digitalcontentandidentifyingopportunities to improve its reach and performance.
You’llcollaborate with internal teams and externalagency partnersto keep the editorial program moving while ensuring content meets customer, brand, editorial and risk standards.
On any given day,you’ll
Leadtheend-to-end delivery of Brighter magazinewith our agency partners, from editorial planning and briefs through to approvals and production.
Develop and manage briefs for Brighter digital content, includingresearching, writing and editing content in-houseSupport Brighter magazine NBC activity, including briefs, copy, approvals and bi-monthly in-app and eDM creative refreshes.
Partner with Product, Marketing, UX, Compliance,Researchand other teams to deliver content that supports customer and business outcomes.
Managecontent calendars,content repositoryupdatesand optimisations,
Build and publish digital articles in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and optimise content for SEO, metadata, tagging,accessibilityand discoverability
Useresearch,analyticsand customer insights to assess performance andidentifyopportunities to improve content and distribution.
Improve content workflows,templatesand processes to support efficient, high-quality delivery.
We’reinterested in hearing from people who have:
Experience in content marketing, editorialproductionor digital publishing, ideally across print and digital channels.
Exceptional writing,editingand storytelling skills.
Experience managing content from brief through to publication and optimisation
Strong project management skills and experience managing editorial calendars,stakeholdersand production partners.
Experience with a CMS, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
A strong understanding of SEO, digitalpublishingand content performance
Confidence using analytics and insights to inform content decisions; experience with Adobe Analyticsis highly regarded.
Strong stakeholder management and editorial judgement in a complex environment.
A collaborative, delivery-focusedmindsetand the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
