Job Title: Marketing Manager, Perfumery & Beauty

City: Mexico City

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to support our beauty partnerships with key global clients. Reporting to an Associate Director, you’ll contribute to client strategies and drive key projects. A fast-paced, high-visibility role offering strong exposure, responsibility, and learning opportunities.

Your mission

• Develop strong expertise in the regional Beauty market, with a focus on key global brands
• Monitor markets and categories to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Conduct and contribute to the analysis of internal and external data to support strategy development
• Support the development and delivery of customer strategic presentations, both proactive and reactive
• Translate consumer insights into clear, benefit-driven recommendations
• Adapt global assets into impactful, customer-specific stories

You bring

• Bachelor Degree; 6–9+ years’ experience in marketing or product development, ideally in Beauty, Fragrance, or FMCG but could be from Chemical, Cosmetics, Taste/savory or similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and shape brand and portfolio strategies
• Proven experience translating data and insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Strong presentation skills, including leading parts of client-facing presentations
• Solid business acumen; comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and business drivers
• Spanish and English advanced
