Job Description

Position Title: Marketing Manager

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Sales Director

Location: Fully Onsite

General Purpose:

Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth across multiple channels for a global financial services, trading, or fintech organization.

Specific Objectives (~12 months):

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives and brand positioning.
  • Increase brand awareness and market visibility across target markets and customer segments.
  • Improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign conversion rates through data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Strengthen the company’s social media presence and community engagement across assigned platforms.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content to support customer acquisition, retention, and brand-building efforts.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, competitive opportunities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Ensure all marketing communications remain consistent with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Improve campaign performance through continuous analysis, testing, and optimization.
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets, events, promotional materials, and digital content within agreed timelines.
  • Support business growth initiatives through effective integrated marketing communication campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

Key Activities:

  • Plan marketing goals and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including social media posts, videos, events, merchandise, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage assigned social media platforms and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Develop content for websites, newsletters, presentations, blogs, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors to produce campaign assets and brand materials.
  • Manage integrated marketing communication campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Support event planning, sponsorship activities, and brand activation initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance-driven advertising initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with creative teams, including Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for marketing outcomes and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, including Stocks, Forex, CFDs, and Cryptocurrency, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting tools.

Compensation:
