The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the company’s marketing strategy across all channels.
This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring all marketing activities align with business goals and deliver measurable results
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Plan campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
* Set marketing goals, budgets, and timelines
* Identify market trends and opportunities
2. Digital Marketing
* Manage digital channels including social media, website, and email marketing
* Oversee paid campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise results
* Work on SEO and content strategies
3. Content & Branding
* Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels
* Plan and review content for social media and campaigns
* Work with designers and content creators
* Maintain brand voice and messaging
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
* Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, and ROI
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights
* Manage marketing budget efficiently
* Use data to improve marketing strategies
5. Team Management & Coordination
* Lead and manage the marketing team
* Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations)
* Work with external agencies when needed
* Ensure timely execution of campaigns
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels
* Experience in campaign planning and execution
* Understanding of SEO, PPC, and analytics tools
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Fluent English speaker
