Job Description

The Amazon Fire TV India team is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to own and grow brand of FTV in India. This person will set the marketing goals, drive awareness, familiarity, and purchase intention by leveraging marketing to deliver results. A successful candidate will have consumer marketing experience, business alliance expertise, and advertising knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to own and drive marketing activities. A candidate must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed for driving business (marketing planning, co-marketing with external content providers, budgeting of marketing activities). You should thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build things from scratch. You are innovative, creative and excited about implementing brand initiatives for Fire TV Devices across 1P and 3P device types.

Key job responsibilities
1. Define the paid marketing strategy for FTV sticks in India. Collaborate with WW teams to align budgets, spend tenets and understand brand vision. Localize marketing assets based on India customer insights.
2. Execute paid marketing campaigns throughout the year as per defined calendar.
3. Define and own co-marketing initiatives with Partner TV brands to drive awareness and consideration of Fire OS branded TVs.
4. Identify co-marketing opportunities with OTT partners- across tentpole launches, product placements, value offerings among others
5. Define content marketing strategy in India across channels like social, O&O et al.
6. Benchmark FTV brand metrics and identify large opportunities to improve the same, partner with WW teams to highlight gaps and the short term and long term means to address the same.
7. Update stakeholders through strong mechanisms like MBR/QBR etc. Lead the brand goal setting for India during OP1, OP2.

Basic Qualifications


- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
