Responsibilities:

• Manage social media ads to increase online sales, visibility, and engagement.

• Manage photoshoots and create content as per the social media plan.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales target.

• Ensure proper stock management and product display in the showrooms.

• Visit showrooms to make improvements and collect requirements and suggestions.

• Build strong relationships with banks for card promotions.

• Explore export markets and oversee expansion.

• Ensure timely product uploads on the website and align with the digital marketing plan.

• Work with travel companies to ensure tourist traffic into the shop.

• Create a vibrant buzz in the market to ensure steady footfall into the shops.

• Inspire, support, and manage the marketing team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

• Experience in the retail fashion industry would be a definite advantage.

• A Higher Diploma in Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns with creative eye.

• Experience in social media content development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
