A leading-edge provider of superior and flexible cooling, heating, extraction and filtration solutions, Fanquip advise, design and manufacture the complete range of fans and fan systems for industrial and manufacturing applications.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and elevate Fanquip's marketing function while driving measurable business growth across our products, markets, and customer segments.

You will be responsible for developing a high-performing marketing function, delivering targeted marketing initiatives, strengthening Fanquip's market presence, and generating qualified opportunities for the Sales and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a commercially focused marketing function by setting clear priorities, managing resources, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Fanquip's commercial objectives, target markets, products, and customer segments.
  • Drive qualified lead generation and demand generation initiatives that support the Sales and Business Development pipeline.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to align marketing activity with sales priorities, customer needs, target accounts, and revenue objectives.
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot and CRM processes, including lead management, segmentation, nurturing, automation, campaign tracking, reporting, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Develop and optimise digital marketing activity across relevant channels, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Use marketing and CRM data to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, improve conversion, and demonstrate marketing ROI and contribution to pipeline.
  • Develop and implement content and communications that effectively position Fanquip's products, technical capabilities, applications, and value proposition to B2B audiences.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve campaign performance, content development, customer engagement, analytics, and team productivity.
  • Establish and monitor meaningful marketing KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage marketing projects, budgets, agencies, and external suppliers as required.
  • Support product launches, customer engagement initiatives, industry events, trade shows, and other activities that strengthen Fanquip's brand and generate commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improved market positioning.
  • Continuously improve Fanquip's marketing processes, systems, and customer journey to support sustainable business growth.

About You:

You are a commercially driven B2B marketing leader who understands that successful marketing is measured not only by brand awareness and engagement, but by its contribution to qualified pipeline and business growth. You will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, mining, construction, technology, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a marketing team or function, while remaining comfortable being hands-on with strategy and execution.
  • A strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing performance.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes, including qualified leads, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or revenue contribution.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, CRM, and marketing automation, including lead nurturing, segmentation, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and longer, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different areas of the business.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
  • The ability to translate technical products, engineering solutions, and complex B2B value propositions into compelling marketing messages for customers.

*Applicants must be Australian/New Zealand citizens or have Permanent Residency.
