Marketing Manager (ETFs, funds) | global asset managers, asset management

The firm operates as an asset management division of a prominent global investment group, offering a wide array of investment solutions across multiple asset classes, including alternatives, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and mutual funds. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives for the firm’s active and passive investment strategies, including mutual funds and ETFs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design promotional materials such as:

  • Brochures and leaflets

  • Fund factsheets

  • Customized presentation packs for meetings

  • Client portfolio reports

• Manage client relations for active strategies by coordinating responses to inquiries (e.g., AUM data, fund details, performance statistics).

• Maintain and update fund databases on public platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, Fundinfo), covering:

  • Portfolio holdings

  • Benchmarks

  • Names of portfolio managers

  • Investment objectives

• Execute any additional tasks as directed by the line manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the asset management sector.

• Previous exposure to the asset management field, ideally within ETF issuers.

• In-depth understanding of ETFs is a must.

• Experience with RFPs is preferred.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Morningstar tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
