All about the role:
The marketing manager for Electrolux Home and Shop plays a key role in setting the marketing strategy and plan, and to drive operational work forward. You work closely with Marketing Director for the Nordics in defining the marketing strategy for Home and Shop to maximize the potential for this business and for the Electrolux brand as a totality. You are an integral part of the Electrolux Home and Shop team as well as the Nordic Marketing team. With many stakeholders you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative, drive and communicational skills are highly regarded. You are result driven and enjoy working together with others.

You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues in all functions – Branding, Sales, Product Line, Retail Marketing – to ensure all communications are aligned with the overall strategy and brand expression. What you'll do:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for securing in-market needs, trade marketing alignment, retail opportunities and brand communication trends, becoming a Brand Guardian in order to ensure all guidelines are adhered to and that outstanding experiences are communicated across all touchpoints.
