Job Description

As the Marketing Manager for Digital Banking Kotak 811, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's digital presence and driving its growth.   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and media outlets.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
