Reporting to the Commercial Leader in Turkey with a dotted line to the Demand Generation Director, EMEA. Demand Generation Manager – Middle East, Africa & Turkey will be responsible for driving demand generation performance and delivering marketing-generated bookings results across the MEA&T region. This role will be based in Turkey and will partner closely with regional Commercial leadership to improve funnel health, conversion performance, forecasting accuracy, and bookings outcomes.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Own regional demand generation performance across MEA&T, including marketing-generated demand, service-generated demand, inside supplies-generated demand, and outbound or business development-generated demand.
• Execute and localize the regional demand generation strategy, ensuring strong alignment with market realities, commercial priorities, and growth objectives.
• Drive execution planning across paid digital, website, SEO, campaigns, webinars, trade shows, content initiatives, service partnerships, and outbound programs.
• Improve lead quality, speed-to-follow-up, qualification rigor, conversion rates, and funnel velocity through clear standards and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead weekly funnel reviews, monthly business reviews, and forecast discussions to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities early
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary demand generation team, including digital marketing, business development, marketing specialist, and inbound qualification talent.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience in demand generation, marketing performance, commercial excellence, business development, or a related B2B growth role.
• Experience managing demand generation channels such as paid digital, website, SEO, campaigns, webinars, events, service partnerships, or outbound programs.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong experience with funnel management, KPI tracking, forecasting, performance reviews, and conversion improvement.
• Ability to partner effectively with Commercial, Service, Inside Supplies, Business Development, and regional leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to work across direct sales and distributor-led go-to-market models in a multi-country environment.
• Fluency in English. Turkish and/or Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
