We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager – Demand Generation to lead and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building data-driven growth strategies.

You’ll work closely with sales, content, and leadership teams to develop and optimize demand generation programs across paid media, email marketing, SEO, webinars, partnerships, and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, marketing automation tools, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and marketing automation sequences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales alignment.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable reporting insights.
  • Drive webinar, content, and event marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths for improved performance.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, growth marketing strategies, and B2B demand generation best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and driving measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, email marketing, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and campaign attribution tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, startups, or digital agencies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and outbound marketing strategies is a plus.
