Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CommBank.
Our wider team directly supports the Customer Service, Lending Domain in the Retail Bank to deliver marketing priorities. We partner closely with other CommBank Marketing CoEs including Brand & Creative, Media, and Customer Insights and Research.
Your direct team supports the home lending team – dealing with the end-to-end initiatives across ATL and BTL channels to ensure we are generating home loan appointment bookings and presenting our team as best in class subject matter experts.
