We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to drive growth at Floodbase by developing messaging around unmet flood risk. In this role, you will promote Floodbase’s brand and create content to engage our key audiences: those who have unprotected risks and those who can cover those risks. You’ll work cross-functionally to create high-impact content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the Chief Product & Strategy Officer.

Salary range:
Floodbase offers competitive salaries with regular reviews and adjustments based on performance and industry standards. The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience, with an expected range of $125,000 - $155,000. Additionally, this individual will receive equity compensation and a competitive benefits package.
