Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CommBank.

Our wider team directly supports the Product Domains in the Retail Bank to deliver both the marketing and product priorities. We partner closely with other CommBank MarketingCoEsincluding Brand & Creative, Media, and Customer Insights and Research.

The Marketing Manager, Credit CardPropositionssits in the Consumer Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, Credit Cards for the Consumer Finance portfolio.

Your direct team supports the Credit Cards crew, with this role flexing acrossConsumer Spendingpropositions including Travel Booking and Dining. You will help develop and deliver integrated marketing activity that builds awareness, consideration and engagement by showing customers the value CommBank can add to everyday life,travelanddining.

On any given day, you will:

  • Translate businessobjectives, customer insights and category opportunities into clear proposition marketing strategies and integrated go-to-market plans.

  • Support the development and delivery of marketing activity across Credit Card propositions, Travel Booking and Dining opportunities within consumer spending.

  • Develop compelling customer propositions and campaign narratives that clearly communicate value,benefitsand reasons to engage with CommBank across travel,diningand lifestyle moments.

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, owned, direct and social channels, ensuring activity is customer-led, commercially focused and aligned to broader portfolio priorities.

  • Work closely with media and creative agencies to brief, shape, deliver and optimise campaign ideas, creativeassetsand media plans.

  • Influence core partners across product, digital, customer data and analytics, brand, media, legal,complianceand risk teams to develop effective and well-governed marketing activity.

  • Drive the management, execution,deliveryand post-campaign reporting of proposition campaigns, including briefing, approvals, production,implementationand PIR.

  • Use customer,marketand campaign insights toidentifyopportunities to improve proposition relevance, drive engagement and support customer and business outcomes.

  • Manage expenditure to agreed budget anddemonstratestrong budget governance.

  • Ensure all activity supports the CommBank brand and reputation, enhances customerexperienceand brings the value of Credit Card propositions to life.

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions we expect from our people.

We’dlove to hear from people who have:

  • Experience developing and delivering end-to-end proposition marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, owned, direct and social channels.

  • Previousexperience working with media and creative agencies, including briefing, creative development, media planning,productionand campaign optimisation.

  • Strong background in customer-led marketing, ideally across financial services, credit cards,travelordiningcategories.

  • Ability to turn customer insights, market trends and commercial priorities into compelling propositions, campaignstrategiesand clear customer messaging.

  • Confidence working with complex stakeholder groups, including product, digital, data, brand, media, legal,complianceand risk teams, to deliver activity that is clear, compliant andcustomer-focused

  • Commercial acumen and ability to track, optimise anddemonstratethe impact of marketing activity using campaign,customerand business performance metrics.

  • A forward-thinker who takes ownership, can manage multiple priorities independently and approaches challenges with a proactive, can-do mindset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex propositions and create clear, benefit-led customer messaging.

  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset, passionate about bringing customer propositions to life and helping customers see more value in their everyday banking relationship.
