What You’ll Do
As Manager, Client Communication & Engagement, you will be a key driver of our client engagement strategy, with a primary focus on advancing our email marketing and sales enablement capabilities. You will architect and implement a sophisticated personalization strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver relevant content to our financial advisors. In parallel, you will own the strategic roadmap for our Seismic platform to optimize how our sales team engages with content.
Reporting to the Director, Client Communication & Engagement, you’ll work with partners across Sales, Marketing, and Service to improve adoption of engagement initiatives, strengthen the client journey, and deliver measurable impact. You will also oversee the seamless delivery of marketing assets for our extensive portfolio of in-person and digital events, ensuring a best-in-class experience for attendees.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($77,500 - $100,500 ), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
