Marketing Manager leads the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand performance, portfolio growth, and market share expansion. This role focuses on developing data-driven strategies and innovative campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing end-to-end marketing activities. The Marketing Manager also provides strong leadership to the team, ensuring effective execution and delivering measurable business results.

• Define and lead the strategic direction for assigned brands, translating business goals into impactful marketing plans and portfolio growth initiatives
• Leverage market, consumer, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making
• Spearhead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints
• Lead end-to-end innovation and new product development, from concept through to successful market launch
• Champion digital and e-commerce strategies to accelerate brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth
• Build and lead a high-performing team while overseeing budget management, financial performance, and regulatory compliance

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience within consumer health, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
• Proven track record in leading brands and managing marketing teams to deliver sustained business growth.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
