Ko tō tūranga – your role

As Marketing Manager for the Business & Enterprise portfolio, you will play a key role in turning commercial and portfolio priorities into impactful marketing activity that drives measurable growth.

This 12-month fixed term contract offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing delivery across the full campaign journey, from planning and briefing through to in-market execution and optimisation, ensuring activity is customer- and account-informed, commercially grounded, and aligned to sales and business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working at pace, partnering closely with Sales and other key stakeholders, and making a visible impact on pipeline, retention, customer value and revenue outcomes.

You will bring strong marketing judgement, a performance mindset and a collaborative approach to help shape integrated campaigns, improve effectiveness, and deliver strong commercial results for One NZ.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

• Act as the senior marketing delivery lead for the Business & Enterprise portfolio
• Translate portfolio and segment strategy into integrated, customer- and account-informed marketing plans
• Own end-to-end delivery of campaigns, lifecycle programmes and go-to-market activity
• Apply strong judgement across audience and account targeting, proposition, messaging and channel mix
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, Customer, Channels, Digital, Data and agency partners to deliver integrated activity
• Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, customer value and pipeline growth, including retention, ARPU, cross-sell and upsell
• Track and optimise campaign, funnel and programme performance using CRM, marketing automation, digital platforms, experimentation and AI-enabled tools; provide clear guidance and sales enablement to stakeholders

• Proven depth of experience in end-to-end B2B marketing delivery, ideally in complex or solution-led environments
• Proven ability to deliver marketing activity that drives measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer growth outcomes
• Strong marketing judgement across audience and account targeting, proposition, messaging, and channel mix
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, go-to-market delivery, account-based marketing, sales enablement, and performance optimisation
• Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments and build strong alignment with Sales and senior stakeholders
