We are looking for a stand-out, Marketing Manager who will be a key ‘brand ambassador’ of existing and exciting new product ranges which help to maintain and grow customers and the turnover accordingly. This includes being the role of Brand spokesperson for customers, suppliers and internal sales staff.
You will have the support of a high-level creative team who can support you in bringing exciting projects to life and enable you to propel the Brand forward. Thinking strategically and creatively, and very much being a people person, you will aim to always find feasible solutions to drive the products and brand to move ahead.
The role & responsibilities of Marketing Manager:
· Develop and implement the brand strategy and plan with goals, objectives, and tactics to develop the brand and grow brand awareness in the target markets
· Manage brand roadmap and plans to drive long term business growth
· Understand the target market and run customer research and analysis from a brand perspective
· Understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats for the brand and map a brand evolution path
· Act as "brand guardian" for the internal sales and Distributor/Agent/Partner audience and networks with attention to profitability and brand margin
· Create and maintain an audit list of all the key Partners and brand listings, evaluating awareness and performance
· Work with senior creatives for the execution of projects, launches and events, ensuring that brand identity remains fresh, current and relevant
· At times, attend trade shows and exhibitions to support brand and sales development
· Ensure that communication channels are open and workloads are on track
Experience:

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and internal / external teams
· Brand Management experience
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to persuade and influence to your way of thinking
· Self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
