Step into a pivotal role at the heart of our Wireline consumer business, where your strategic vision will directly drive two of our most critical outcomes: customer retention and value growth.
Focusing on our Entertainment portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in our overarching proactive retention strategy, designing and leading a portfolio of marketing programs to identify our highest-risk segments and drive retention strategies. Here, you will start by spearheading a major multi-year initiative: upgrading our customers to next-generation TV experiences. In this role, you will leverage customer data to segment our base, identifying high-risk churn groups and deploying multi-channel proactive marketing programs designed to drive greater customer value and retention outcomes.
