Job Description

This person can be located in Allentown, PA or Hamilton, NJ

  • This is an interior remodeling contractor with a regional presence
  • Authorized dealer of BCI products
  • Angi’s Super Service Award Winner

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $80K-$120K base (total $150K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the company’s new location
  • Build out and manage the marketing team
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
  • Create, implement, and execute an integrated marketing strategy to support the company’s revenue goals
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven marketing and lead generation experience within the home improvement industry is required
  • Experience overseeing marketing at a $5M+ company
  • Experience building out a marketing team and putting processes in place
