Ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini which software is best for inspections and audits. Whatever it answers was infuenced off our website, on review sites, in trade media, in the sources AI has learned to trust. Your job is to make that answer Lumiform.

That fight is won off-page, and right now it is wide open. It is also one of Lumiform's biggest growth bets for the year ahead. We want one dedicated, hungry person to own it end to end. That could be you.

About the Role

For us, this is a whole, new channel, and you build it from scratch. You will make Lumiform the name that gets cited, listed and recommended everywhere buyers and AI answer engines look. Some days that is pitching a data backed benchmark report to a trade journalist. Some days it is getting us into a "best inspection software" roundup, running a review campaign on G2/Capterra, or landing us in the right industry association. It is hands-on, high-output work, and you will see the impact fast.

You do not need a long CV. You need to be resourceful, quick to learn, and impatient to see your work move the needle.

Tasks

What You'll Do

• Citations for AI answer engines: Analyze which sources LLMs cite for our must-win topics, then get Lumiform into those listicles, roundups and comparison articles.
• Review strategy and management: Own our presence on G2, Capterra, the App Store and Play Store, from running review campaigns to replying to reviews in line with our positioning.
• Digital PR and media outreach: Pitch our benchmark reports, ROI calculators and data stories to trade media, industry publications and journalists, and turn those relationships into coverage and citations. This is our biggest authority bet, and it is yours to drive.
• Directories, associations and marketplaces: Get Lumiform listed and active where our buyers and partners look, from industry associations to integration marketplaces like SAP and Zapier.
• Communities and forums: Build a genuine, non-spammy presence in places like Reddit and other communities where our topics get discussed.
• Entity and profile consistency: Keep Lumiform's name, description and core facts identical across every public profile, so every source and every AI system tells the same story about us.
• Measurement: Track citations, backlinks, referral traffic and share of voice, and report clearly on what is actually working.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Hungry and hands-on: You get moving without a perfect brief, and you would rather ship and improve than plan forever.
• AI-native: You have an above-average grasp of LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini), know how to prompt well, and use AI to research, write and scale your outreach.
• A sharp writer in English (Bonus: German): You can write a pitch, a review reply or an outreach email that people actually answer.
• A fast learner: You pick up new tools and topics in weeks, not months, and troubleshoot on your own first.
• Resourceful and organized: You keep many small outreach threads, follow-ups and listings moving in parallel without dropping the ball.

You might have one or two years in marketing, or you might be switching in and can already show you get things done. If you have the hunger but not every line on the list, apply anyway. Bonus points for any experience in PR, SEO, link building, content or community work, familiarity with tools like Ahrefs or Semrush, or HubSpot.
