The opportunity to join our team

Join us in shaping how new members experience their super journey. As a Marketing Manager, you'll drive a range of marketing strategies to support the growth of IFL’s consumer marketing proposition including acquisition through the direct to consumer and employer channels, leveraging B2B2C channels and employer relationships, delivering frictionless onboarding experiences and initiatives that improve members funding, engagement and lifetime value for MasterTrust members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing programs that drive member acquisition, onboarding, engagement and long-term growth across MasterTrust brands.
• Design and optimise personalised member journeys, welcome programs and communications to increase account activation, funding and member value.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Employer, Operations and Distribution teams to improve member acquisition, conversion and funding outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, governance, execution, stakeholder coordination and performance optimisation.
• Create and execute acquisition strategies and campaigns across paid, owned, earned and employer channels to maximise reach, conversion and business growth.
• Oversee the development of customer journeys, creative assets and content that enhance member experiences and engagement.
• Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and conversion metrics to identify insights, remove barriers and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, privacy and governance requirements while maintaining a member-first, insight-led approach.

What you will bring:

• Proven ability to develop and execute customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for B2C and B2B2C audiences.
• Strong understanding of customer contact strategies, campaign management, segmentation, targeting and value proposition development.
• Demonstrated capability to translate business objectives into data-driven marketing plans that deliver measurable growth and business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Risk-aware and results-focused, with experience leading creative, digital and campaign delivery teams while ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met.
