Job Description

The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the brand's image, creating and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent growth in market share, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and/or services.
  • Oversee the marketing department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals within the team.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, using insights to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies including email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics like ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources across various channels to maximize returns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s branding and positioning strategy.
  • Lead and manage the creation of high-quality content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with brand management and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing and familiarity with marketing analytics.
