CarCare is a major growth priority for The AA, and we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help shape how our evolving CarCare brand and customer proposition comes to life.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing, customer and brand activity across a broad mix of channels. This is a role for someone who combines strong marketing judgement with disciplined delivery and commercial thinking, and who is comfortable moving between CRM, digital, performance, brand, content and customer conversations.

You'll work closely with colleagues across CarCare and the wider AA, bringing together Marketing, Customer, Digital, Creative, Technology, Legal and other teams to deliver high-quality activity at pace. You'll play an important role in building a distinctive customer experience and scalable marketing foundations that support CarCare's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and communications across CRM, digital, paid, owned and earned channels
• Brief and coordinate creative content and campaign assets, working with internal specialists and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality activity
• Manage multiple marketing workstreams from brief through to delivery, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder requirements
• Track campaign performance and use customer and commercial insight to improve engagement, conversion, bookings and revenue outcomes
• Work collaboratively across CarCare and wider AA teams to connect marketing activity with customer journeys, propositions and commercial priorities
• Help build and maintain effective marketing foundations, including assets, messaging, claims, proof points and channel content

What Do I Need?

You'll Bring

• Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to execution within a customer focused environment, ideally B2C
• Broad marketing experience across several channels, including areas such as CRM, digital, brand, paid media, content, social or PR
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing workstreams at pace while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across different business functions and influencing colleagues at varying levels of seniority
• A commercially focused approach, with experience using customer and campaign performance data to assess impact, improve activity and support conversion and revenue outcomes
• Experience translating marketing strategy into clear briefs and high-quality execution, working collaboratively with creative, digital, channel or agency partners
