About the Client

Our client is an established manufacturing company in Kuwait with a presence in local and international markets.

About the Role

• Develop and execute marketing, branding, and PR strategies across local and export markets.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content creation, and promotional materials.
• Build relationships with government entities, industrial customers, and retail partners.
• Strengthen brand visibility through retail activations, sponsorships, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Support sales and export growth through targeted campaigns and lead generation.
• Lead the marketing team and integrate AI tools to improve productivity and campaign delivery.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of marketing experience, including two years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, brand management, and content development.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools for content creation, market research, analysis, and reporting.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English and a strong understanding of Kuwaiti culture and the local public-sector environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable combining strategic planning with practical execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Kuwait and occasionally across the region.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, lubricants, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors is an advantage.
