The role

Endotherapeutics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for an assigned business unit. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute the annual marketing plan, drive brand and compliance standards, and work closely with sales to ensure marketing activity delivers commercial results.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute the annual Financial Year Marketing Plan and communications strategy for your business unit
• Manage manufacturer relationships and ensure brand and messaging compliance
• Own B2B and B2C social media channels and content
• Maintain website content across company and eCommerce platforms
• Partner with BDMs and sales to turn marketing activity into commercial outcomes
• Build deep knowledge of your product portfolio and therapeutic area to sharpen messaging
• Report on campaign performance and marketing plan execution against KPIs
• Track trends and innovation in your therapeutic area
• Use CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent) to drive efficiency
• Partner with external agencies on compliance and brand alignment

About You

• 3+ years' experience as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing role, ideally within medical devices, medical equipment or healthcare/pharma
• Proven ability to translate market and audience insight into a marketing plan, and execute it, with results to show for it
• Experience planning, promoting and delivering events in a commercial setting
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in medical devices or pharma, including claims management
• Sound knowledge of the TGA Advertising Code and MTAA compliance
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation systems
• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM and digital analytics
• Experience planning and executing social growth and engagement strategies
• Experience building customer relationships, including with BDMs and sales teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across marcoms, business unit and digital teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and copywriting skills
• Tertiary qualifications preferred
• Experience with medical equipment, consumables and/or implantables preferred
