What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and executing the company's marketing strategy
• Driving lead generation and supporting revenue growth
• Building brand awareness across local and international markets
• Managing and optimising digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Supporting product, sales, and customer engagement activities
• Leading company participation in events, webinars, and industry initiatives
• Partnering with HR to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction efforts
• Managing external agencies, suppliers, and future marketing team members
• Tracking performance and ensuring marketing activities deliver measurable results

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, including experience in a senior marketing or marketing management role
• A strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, brand development, and campaign management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• The ability to think strategically while remaining actively involved in execution
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Experience within a B2B technology, software, SaaS, or digital solutions environment will be considered an asset
