About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness, generating qualified leads and supporting commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role combining brand management, digital marketing, lead generation, content, corporate communications, events and customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development and other internal stakeholders to translate marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility across the UAE and relevant industrial sectors.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms, communications and partner materials.
• Develop brand guidelines, templates and marketing standards for members and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
• Develop digital and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
• Track lead sources, campaign performance, conversion rates and ROI.
• Work closely with Business Development to nurture leads and support conversion into tenancy and partnership opportunities.
• Identify relevant exhibitions, industry events and networking opportunities to support lead generation.
• Manage and continuously improve the company's website/web portal.
• Enhance website content, navigation and user experience to increase enquiries and conversions.
• Oversee digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing and newsletters.
• Develop engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Work with technology and external vendors on digital improvements, automation and analytics.
• Manage corporate communications, media relations and press releases.
• Develop company announcements, success stories and industry-focused content.
• Ensure all external communications reflect the company's positioning and values.
• Plan and promote company events, exhibitions and community engagement initiatives.
• Build engagement with members, partners and key industry stakeholders through targeted campaigns.
• Develop joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Coordinate newsletters, member communications and success stories.

• Develop brochures, presentations, advertisements, videos and other marketing materials.
• Work with creative agencies, designers and external partners to deliver high-quality content.
• Ensure all messaging consistently communicates the company's mission and value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, business development support or a related field.
• Strong experience across digital marketing, branding, content and lead generation.
• Experience managing websites, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media and CRM/automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of market research and customer engagement.
• Experience working with agencies, creative partners and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience within B2B, industrial, real estate, infrastructure or similarly complex sectors would be advantageous.
