The role

The marketing manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing local marketing activities in Sweden, with a strong focus on performance marketing, retail activation, dealer support and lead generation.

The role works closely with the Nordic Head of PR and Brand Comms to ensure alignment with Zeekr’s premium brand positioning, communication platforms and overall market strategy, while supporting local commercial objectives and growth.

This position is both internally and externally facing and collaborates with local dealers, agency partners and European HQ central functions.

This is what you will do:

• Execute local marketing activities in alignment with Zeekr’s Nordic and European brand strategy.
• Plan and coordinate retail activations, test drive programs, roadshows and dealer marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute local performance marketing activities focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Support local dealer partners with marketing materials, campaigns and activation planning.
• Coordinate local events, exhibitions, pop-ups and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage local campaign execution across digital and social channels.
• Maintain and coordinate local content calendars and social media activities in alignment with Nordic communication direction.
• Support implementation of Nordic communication platforms, campaigns and partnerships in the Swedish market.
• Manage lead handling processes and customer pipeline activities via Salesforce.
• Follow activation budgets and purchase request processes.
• Coordinate with agencies and external partners on local campaign execution and production.
• Provide local market insights and commercial input to Nordic and European teams.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and retail activation.
• Experience managing local campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong execution capability.
• Experience working with dealer networks or retail-driven organizations is considered a strong advantage.
• Understanding of premium brand positioning and customer experience.
• 4+ years of experience within marketing.
• Automotive experience from dealer, importer, NSC or OEM environment preferred.
