Job Description

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales). Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage marketing communication of Envista brands across all OpCos.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities and customer needs across the dental segment
  • Develop market segmentation and target customer profiles to guide positioning and messaging
  • Design and own the annual marketing strategy and plan, aligning brand priorities with business and sales objectives
  • Conduct competitive analysis to track competitor positioning, pricing and campaigns and inform strategic response
  • Track, measure and evaluate campaign performance (ROI, reach, engagement, lead generation) using data-driven insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Manage local content development and implementation of global brand guidelines and initiatives
  • Drive Brand activation (B2B & B2C) across Envista portfolio of brands
  • Work closely with Training & education managers across divisions to weave in the brand strategy and plans.
  • Maintain, track and create marketing collaterals and inventory
  • End-to-end vendor management including contracts and payments.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Organizing end-to-end events such as product launches, exhibitions and T&E events.
  • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of new product launches across verticals
  • Maintain and analyze data for ongoing sales and marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Actively participate in T&E events by being present to promote products and have meaningful discussions with customers to develop market understanding.

  • Work experience of 8+ years in the Dental, MNC Medical Devices or Healthcare/Pharma sector industry with experience in marketing.
  • Ability to identify, build and communicate product value propositions relatable by the clinicians.
  • MBA preferred. Post graduate degree must.

  • Able to work in cross functional, matrixed environment.
  • 8+ year Dental/Pharma/Healthcare/Medical devices Industry experience
  • Tech-savvy, fully competent in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows OS)
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to understand and deliver on technical user requirements.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and meticulous nature
  • Proactive, self-driven, good analytical and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with marketing analytics/CRM tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Proven ability to develop segmentation frameworks and conduct competitive analysis
  • Strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to align marketing plans with sales and business objectives
