About your team
Marketing at Fidelity International Japan (FIJ) covers the Wholesale, Sub-Advisory and Institutional businesses. For each of these business channels, we aspire to undertake differentiated, audience-focused marketing programs revolving around branding, intellectual capital and product-specific content. With an increasing emphasis on contemporary digital marketing, we collaborate with partners around the world on delivering effective marketing programs to reach and influence our multiple audiences in Japan.
About your role
As a key member of Fidelity Japan's Marketing team, you will lead the planning, development, governance, and strategic utilization of marketing content to support client engagement and business growth.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, creation, editing, management, and optimization of a broad range of marketing content, including marketing materials, thought leadership articles, insight content, client communications, and sales enablement materials. This role will also be responsible for localizing globally developed content for the Japanese market and maximizing its effectiveness through strategic deployment.
Working closely with local business teams and global marketing colleagues, the individual will identify opportunities to maximize the impact and reuse of content across Retail, Wholesale, and Institutional client segments, helping to enhance client engagement and business outcomes.
In addition, the role will support quality control, governance, and marketing operations activities to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Success in this role requires strong content development, project management, and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to collaborate effectively across both local and global teams.
