
Manages the broker engagement team and oversees the execution of outreach programs, events, and channel marketing strategies that drive agent and broker relationships and support member acquisition goals. Ensures coordinated delivery across broker markets and builds a team capable of executing against growth priorities.
The Manager, Broker Engagement leads a team of professionals with accountability for operational results over a short-term horizon of up to six months. Decisions impact team output and short-term functional performance. Plans and establishes team goals, manages headcount and resources within the team, coaches direct reports through performance cycles, and coordinates across teams to ensure consistent execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and develop the broker engagement team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the planning and execution of broker outreach programs, events, and channel marketing campaigns across assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key broker and FMO partners to support member acquisition and retention.
• Translate marketing and sales goals into actionable team workflows and broker program delivery.
• Monitor broker engagement metrics and team performance, using data to guide priorities and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales, compliance, legal, and marketing leadership to ensure program alignment and regulatory adherence.
• Manage team budget and vendor relationships in support of broker engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years of experience in broker engagement, channel marketing, or healthcare marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of broker and FMO ecosystems within Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial health plan markets.
• Track record of delivering broker programs that support measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing tools, and performance reporting.
Compensation Range:
$108,466.00
to
$162,698.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
