Job Description

The opportunity

As Marketing Manager you'll support the Head of Marketing Strategy in running the day-to-day of our marketing programme. Planning, briefing, executing and tracking campaigns that move the needle on growth and brand visibility.

You'll pick up live campaigns and existing agency relationships from day one and get straight into the work - no long ramp-up, no waiting around for sign-off cycles.

What you’ll own

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, from brief through to performance review
• Own the agency relationship - brief, direct and hold external partners accountable for creative and media output
• Manage partner marketing relationships, keeping campaigns joined up rather than working against each other
• Track and analyse campaign performance and use the data to sharpen what comes next
• Keep everything aligned to brand standards and work with the APAC marketing team where global sign-off is needed

What you’ll bring

• Solid track record planning and running multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Confidence managing external agencies. Briefing them properly and holding them to account
• Strong organisational skills. You'll be juggling several campaigns and stakeholders at once
• Clear, direct communicator who can work across internal teams and external partners without much hand-holding
• Comfortable reading campaign and social performance data and turning it into decisions
• Insurance, financial services, regulated industry background is a plus but not essential
