About you and this role

At Dow Polyurethanes & Construction Chemicals (PU), collaboration and partnership are at the heart of innovation. The work we do extends far beyond materials. Success in this position requires a strong bias for action, the ability to mobilize diverse stakeholders, and the persistence to move opportunities from concept to execution. You will work at the intersection of customers, markets, technology, sales, and business leadership to ensure growth initiatives are effectively prioritized, implemented, and realized.

At Dow, Marketing Managers are growth leaders who turn market participation plans into action, accelerate innovation from pipeline to commercialization, and ensure new technologies are successfully launched and adopted through execution, collaboration, and influential leadership.
