Job: Marketing Manager (Remote – Egypt)

Beno is a Dubai-based luxury lifestyle platform offering premium experiences across luxury cars, yachts, private jets, helicopters, concierge services, watersports, and exclusive partnerships.
As we continue to scale, we're building a dedicated marketing hub in Egypt to support our long-term growth. We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can build and lead this remote team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and execution.

This is not a traditional Marketing Manager role.
We are looking for someone who can build, lead, and scale Beno's Egypt-based marketing team from the ground up. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day team management, improve marketing operations, ensure high-quality deliverables, and work closely with the Head of Marketing & Technology and the Dubai team.
This is a builder role. We are looking for someone excited to create systems, hire exceptional talent, establish processes, and help scale Beno into one of the region's leading luxury lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build the Egypt Marketing Team (Primary Responsibility)
Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing remote marketing department.
The team will grow over time and may include:

Graphic Designers
Motion Designers
Video Editors
Creative Specialists
SEO Specialists
Content Writers
Copywriters
Marketing Coordinators
Web & Landing Page Designers
Other marketing roles as the business grows

2. Team Leadership
Lead the daily operations of the Egypt marketing team by:

Assigning and prioritizing work
Reviewing deliverables
Coaching and mentoring team members
Conducting performance reviews
Improving workflows and processes
Creating documentation and SOPs
Maintaining quality standards across all projects

3. Creative & Brand Execution
Ensure every marketing asset reflects Beno's premium brand positioning.
This includes:

Company presentations
Partnership proposals
Sales decks
Marketing campaigns
Website visuals
Landing pages
Digital advertising creatives
Social media assets
Brand materials
Event collateral
Merchandise and branded gift items

4. Website & Digital Experience
Work closely with designers and developers to continuously improve Beno's digital presence.
Responsibilities include:

Website content planning
Landing page optimization
User experience improvements
Conversion-focused recommendations
Brand consistency across all digital platforms

5. SEO & Content Growth
Lead and coordinate SEO initiatives together with the Egypt-based SEO team.
Responsibilities include:

Supporting organic growth initiatives
Coordinating content production
Working closely with SEO specialists
Ensuring marketing assets support search visibility
Contributing to GEO and AI Search optimization initiatives

6. Marketing Operations
Develop scalable marketing systems, including:

Project management
Resource planning
Marketing calendars
Campaign workflows
Approval processes
Asset management
Performance reporting

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:

Head of Marketing & Technology
CEO
Dubai Marketing Team
Media Team
Partnership Team
Sales Team
Product Team

to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and business growth.

Requirements
Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
At least 2 years of experience managing marketing teams.
Experience building or scaling teams is highly preferred.
Previous experience working with remote teams is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Build and onboard the core Egypt marketing team.
Establish efficient marketing workflows, processes, and documentation.
Improve the quality, consistency, and turnaround time of all marketing deliverables.
Deliver premium presentations, proposals, and marketing assets that support business development and partnerships.
Strengthen collaboration between the Egypt and Dubai teams through structured communication and execution.
Support the continuous improvement of Beno's website, digital presence, and SEO initiatives.
Create a scalable marketing operation capable of supporting Beno's long-term growth.
