About the Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you'll coordinate a wide variety of marketing initiatives and premium events that strengthen our brand presence and create memorable customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating dealership events, vehicle launches and customer experiences.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and traditional channels.
• Managing dealership social media content and assisting with content creation.
• Coordinating photography, videography and creative assets.
• Liaising with external agencies, suppliers, media partners and event venues.
• Supporting BMW Australia's marketing programs and ensuring brand compliance.
• Assisting with website updates and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
• Maintaining marketing calendars, promotional materials and event logistics.
• Working closely with our Sales, Service and Leadership teams to deliver outstanding customer engagement.

About You

You might already have experience in marketing or events, or you may be a recent graduate looking for the perfect opportunity to begin your career.
We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about marketing, events and creating exceptional experiences.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative and full of fresh ideas.
• An outstanding communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, energetic and eager to learn.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Tertiary qualified (or nearing completion) in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or a related field (desirable).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography or video editing will be highly regarded but is not essential.
