Roles and Responsibilities

Monitors Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and own the GTM strategy for new monitor product launches, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and channel mix.
  • Define launch timelines and milestone plans in collaboration with product marketing and sales teams.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases — from pre-launch through post-launch optimization.
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies spanning paid media, social/influencer, digital, partnerships, CRM, shopper marketing, and creative — ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to identify priority markets, target customer segments, and addressable market opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies.
  • Align GTM plans with channel strategies across retail, e-commerce, and B2B in close partnership with the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain a rolling marketing calendar that aligns product launches, promotions, and brand moments.

Home Entertainment Partnerships

  • Lead the development and execution of breakthrough partner marketing initiatives that cut through the clutter, drive earned visibility, increase customer engagement, and ultimately accelerate sales.
  • Evaluate global partnerships under development to assess whether and how to adapt them for local marketing activation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, Integrated Marketing, and Corporate Marketing — to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives across all relevant consumer and shopper touchpoints.
  • Liaise with partnership marketing teams across lines of business (Mobile, Appliance, etc.) and divisions (Samsung TV Plus, Services) to uncover collaboration opportunities and leverage the broader Samsung organization to maximize value from marketing partners.
  • Manage and maintain existing partnerships, ensuring continued alignment with business goals and delivery of measurable results.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with studio, brand, and marketing partners to secure a steady stream of current video, static, and audio assets for use in advertising and marketing.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and analyze data to inform future partnership decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage budget allocation for partnership marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Oversee assigned budget and manage internal procurement and financial processes to ensure project approvals and financial compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial, budgeting, forecasting, legal, and compliance processes.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the Integrated Marketing Team's primary liaison to Product Marketing, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Align stakeholders around campaign objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market priorities, building consensus and driving clarity across a complex organization.
  • Collaborate with external agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget campaign delivery.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee campaign localization and deployment strategies across all relevant consumer channels and markets.
  • Manage and track the Monitors marketing budget, including agency fees, media spend, and production costs.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture through structured A/B testing, audience segmentation strategies, and iterative campaign refinement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs tied to financial outcomes, in-market results, and brand health metrics.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and dashboards to continuously optimize campaigns in-flight and generate actionable learnings that inform future strategies.
  • Clearly communicate campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership through compelling, data-driven storytelling.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of directly related experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading GTM strategy and integrated campaign execution, ideally within consumer electronics, technology, or a related industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience navigating and influencing within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and collaborating with external creative and media partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and dashboard reporting; ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • High-energy, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
