As the Marketing Manager, you will create and implement marketing strategies that engage customers with the North 40 brand and support the company's growth initiatives. You will lead integrated campaigns across digital platforms, print media, social media, retail, events, and community outreach. Your goal is to ensure that every customer interaction aligns with our brand values and business objectives. Working closely with Merchandising, Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Creative Services, and Executive Leadership, you'll translate company priorities into compelling customer experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and drive measurable business results.
Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to balance long-term brand building with data-driven decision making.
