As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for key brands within an international business environment. You will play a central role in shaping positioning, driving growth, and ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives. Working closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders, you will manage projects from strategy through delivery while maintaining a strong focus on measurable results. You will leverage your knowledge of payments, fintech, and digital marketing to build impactful campaigns while navigating industry-specific challenges. Accountabilities:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects. You will act as a key strategic partner, combining industry knowledge with strong execution skills to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and manage marketing strategy for assigned brands, including defining priorities, KPIs, roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing recommendations based on industry expertise.
- Own marketing project delivery by coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
- Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and provide clear reporting on results and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure marketing activities are aligned with broader business goals.
- Manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Apply knowledge of payment industry requirements, including compliance considerations, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks, and risk management.
- Review marketing claims and materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance expectations.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders by providing strategic guidance and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Identify challenges proactively and implement solutions without relying on extensive supervision.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong marketing leadership experience, a solid understanding of payment or fintech environments, and the ability to independently manage strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, marketing leadership, client project services, or account management roles.
- Proven experience in payments marketing, including payment platforms, PSPs, payment gateways, or related fintech solutions.
- Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, chargebacks, compliance requirements, and the specific challenges of payments industry marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing strategies connected to business objectives.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting performance effectively.
- Experience managing multiple brands, projects, or client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence leading strategic conversations.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Figma.
- Strong English communication skills.
