Job Title: Marketing Manager
This Texas Construction company located near both San Antonio and Austin, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support and lead marketing initiatives for a growing group of family-owned companies centered on commercial general contracting and real-estate development. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting preconstruction efforts, and showcasing our construction and development projects, capabilities, and company culture across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of commercial construction, architecture, engineering or real estate industries and project delivery processes. Specific industry experience is required. This individual can work independently with minimal direction, transform technical project information into compelling visual presentations, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with project teams, leadership, and clients to effectively communicate project information and company capabilities.
