Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the company's strategic marketing initiatives and drive business growth across the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, generating new business opportunities, and supporting sales growth for customers in the electronics, automotive, industrial, and manufacturing markets.
This role requires a strategic marketing professional with strong commercial acumen and experience working within industrial manufacturing environments, particularly in electronic components, plastics, rubber products, or related engineering industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead all B2B marketing activities, including market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion in both domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to develop customer-focused marketing solutions.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand awareness across industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, corporate website, social media platforms, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Support key customer presentations, product launches, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, and prepare management reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial Marketing within industrial manufacturing.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
