Job Description

People Perfect is hiring a Marketing Manager for one of its Prestigious Multinational Consumer Electronics clients. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement across digital, traditional, and retail channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, campaign execution, product launches, media planning, and effective coordination with global and local teams to strengthen the company's market presence and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI-focused investments.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning across all platforms in line with global client's guidelines.
  • Strengthen presence and perception in Pakistan through PR, CSR, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (TV, Digital, OOH, Print, Radio).
  • Drive seasonal promotions and product-specific campaigns (e.g., Smart TVs, Soundbars, Air Conditioners, etc.).
  • Work with advertising and media agencies to ensure timely and impactful delivery of campaigns.
  • Lead digital strategy: SEO/SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media management.
  • Optimize content and media performance using KPIs and analytics.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams for go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Develop product messaging, launch materials, and training guides.
  • Manage a team of marketing executives and agency partners.
  • Liaise with global client teams for branding consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, and Sales team for cross functional coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10–15 years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in 360° marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Industry experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, telecom, or a similar fast-paced sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
  • Experience working with media/creative agencies, e-commerce marketing, and managing marketing budgets.
  • Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills with a results-driven mindset.
