At METRO Convenience, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who will help shape the future of our convenience retail business and strengthen the connection between our brand and our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Define and implement the marketing strategy for our convenience retail network.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Strengthen brand positioning while ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Lead commercial events, promotional campaigns and communication initiatives.
  • Manage media strategy, communication agencies and marketing investments to maximize business impact.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives and identify innovative ways to engage customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends and transform insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and communication solutions that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget while ensuring cost efficiency and measurable business results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Marketing within Retail, FMCG or Convenience Retail
  • Strong understanding of brand management, trade marketing and digital marketing
  • Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
