Job Description
Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and plans.
Manage advertising campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social media platforms.
Support sales teams through targeted promotional campaigns and product marketing.
Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage brand partnerships and joint promotions.
Oversee retail merchandising standards and showroom brand visibility.
Monitor marketing campaign performance, ROI, and budget utilization.
Prepare marketing reports and provide insights to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a marketing management role.
Strong experience in advertising, promotions, and brand management.
Experience in retail, dealership, or product marketing is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong creative and strategic thinking ability.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
