The marketing team is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager
The role
As our Retail Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of bringing the Village's retail marketing strategy to life. You'll build strong, collaborative relationships with brand partners, working closely with them to create marketing activations that capture attention and drive results. From planning through to delivery, you'll ensure every activation is executed to a high standard — and you'll bring it all together with insightful performance reports that help shape what comes next.
Location:Kildare Village (hybrid with 3 days in the office and some weekend work to cover events)
Starting minimum salary: 75,000
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
Be responsible for the execution of retail marketing strategy for the Village
Build and maintain close work relationships with Brands to enhance the brands’ positioning of the Village
Develop 360° retail marketing plans to achieve the financial goals, bringing together in village experience and brand activation moments, including new brand openings
Plan the retail marketing commercial activations

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
Degree education or equivalent qualifications with a focus on Marketing is preferrable
Experience in Marketing ideally in the luxury sector
Proven track record on successful execution of marketing strategy to drive the agreed KPIs
Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong understanding on different audiences and customer behaviors
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to get the buy in
Excellent project management skills with the ability to both plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Good organisation and prioritization skills
