POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager role is accountable for disciplined execution of the annual marketing plan, driving measurable business, pipeline impact, and account penetration through targeted GTM initiatives, highvalue engagement, and customer advocacy. The Marketing Manager ensures rigorous performance tracking, fast followup of generated leads, and continuous optimization of actions to support company growth and sales conversion. The main priority market will be fashion with a focus on manufacturing, with ad hoc support on automotive and furniture markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the definition, planning, execution, and yearly management of the regional marketing plan in line with Lectra’s business priorities.
  • Act as the main interface with other GoToMarket teams (Sales and Customer Success), ensuring tight collaboration, clear alignment, and smooth progression of joint activities.
  • Adapt, localize, and deploy corporate marketing assets, with a strong focus on optimizing the buyer journey and supporting commercial conversations.
  • Contribute to demand generation programs by defining target audiences, supporting account‑based initiatives, and improving account reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate on solution launches, ensuring local readiness, consistency, and market impact.
  • Drive the development of customer success stories and advocacy assets in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure marketing activities are properly planned, executed on time, and reported, with clear outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Track and monitor yearly marketing KPIs, proactively activating corrective actions and marketing triggers when performance deviates from objectives.
  • Support regional budget planning, ensuring disciplined spend, prioritization, and ROI focus.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Product Marketing, Digital, Events, Communications, Agencies) to ensure consistency and effective execution across events and digital activities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and collaboration models to increase marketing efficiency and business impact.

PROFILE

This individual is both experienced and passionate about managing yearly action plans that set deadlines, budgets, and clear objectives. The GTM strategy blends corporate awareness efforts with local and regional initiatives, emphasizing account-based marketing while leveraging regional strengths.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a B2B marketing background
  • Experience in SaaS as a plus and interest in fashion
  • Is a technology enthusiast
  • Has 10-12 years’ experience in managing marketing activities for an international company
  • Has a degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field from an accredited college or university
  • Has the ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Has the flexibility to work with a very hands-on and operational approach but also at a more strategic level
  • Is liable and experienced in planning and executing marketing plans
  • Is creative and innovative
  • Can work under time sensitive conditions and demonstrates strict adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Can work with stakeholders in multiple countries and is a real team player
  • Has strong communication, presenting and networking skills
  • Has strong analytical and project management skills
  • Has previous experience in CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms, ideally Salesforce and Marketo
  • Has previous experience in marketing usage of AI tools (prompting and agentic AI)
  • Fluent in Italian and English. Other EMEA languages are a plus.
